Gone Fishin'

Over the weekend I went to visit Alan and naturally we spent much of our day on the pond fishing. Yes, I have lived on the coast my entire life and have never gone fishing....I think that is going to change though. I caught my very first fish (with a little help from Alan) and had a great time doing it! Here are some pictures from our time on the pond

Fun in the Park

Whenever I am in need of some peaceful downtime I go hang out at Memorial Park. Alan and I go to the nearby Bear Hollow to check out the animals quite often. It's one of the many cool places in Athens to visit, and if you've never been, you should really check it out sometime. Here are some pictures from the lake and the bear hollow...

We found a family of geese by the lake and I had to take pictures of the little goslings.

There was some really beautiful light, so I tried to get a portrait of Alan. This is a pretty accurate representation of him...haha.
